Now I am paranoid! First, there was the horrible milk scandal in China and now there is news that some baby products could cause cancer. What the hell! They are now testing the Johnson and Johnson baby products from China (for 1,4-dioxane and formaldehyde) so I suggest you steer clear of this brand until further notice. Just when I decided to try the Johnson & Johnson top-to-toe bath (my friend recommended I try it). Good thing I also bought the California Baby Calming shampoo and bodywash. There's a huge price difference between two brands but I think it's worth it for my own sanity. Plus, my husband loves the lemon-y scent on baby that I even started using it myself. Hee hee!
Apparently, even flip flops now have toxins. Havaianas recalled their kids line because the prints on the slippers have lead that are far beyond federal standards. My baby owns a pair and it is extremely disappointing because they are so cute and go well with some of her outfits. Oh well! I guess I need to hunt for new shoes again.
