Stroller Strides


Most moms have the same concern: their post-pregnancy bodies. It's not a joke! Especially for someone like me who ALWAYS looked anorexic. After giving birth, I realized the issues the not-so-thin women have to deal with. First, I have no idea what to wear. When you're thin, almost any outfit looks good on you and unfortunately now, skinny jeans and tank tops just don't work anymore.

I've read a few articles on how to shop for your body type: pear, big hips, fat arms, etc. A bit helpful but I think the best thing to do instead of accepting the new body, is lose all that extra weight (that is when you are ready). And then again, there's another dilemma. Do I enroll in a gym? Take yoga? Run in the track in front of our complex? How am I supposed to do it when I am a full-time mom?

I researched on some good stroller workouts and here's what I found: StrollerStrides.com! Heaven! There's actually a workout that involves my baby and I don't have to worry about leaving her at home, plus she would enjoy some fresh (?) air and go around in her pram watching her soon-to-be sexy mommy.

Too bad they do not have this in Hong Kong. It would have been fun! For now, perhaps you can just watch their videos and do it on your own.
