I am so happy! Found out that my colleague seated beside me at work also fancies cupcakes. And, guess what she gave me a chocolate one yesterday. How sweet! Literally...
She saw me buy a cupcake from Sweet Secrets yesterday and told me she loves cupcakes too. It's a good thing I didn't order my daughter's birthday cake from that shop, the cupcake I bought was so-so... She got hers from Saffron in Quarry Bay. It was not as good as my friend's homemade cupcakes but better than Petit (which was horrible, can't believed I went all the way to Elements for that). I have a meeting with Fendi's agency in Quarry Bay this morning, I think I am going for another cupcake fix! Yahoo!
Was researching for work yesterday when I chanced upon some of the best dessert places all over the world on Lifestyleasia. Gosh, I wonder when I can go to Serendipity 3 in New York and Laduree in Paris. I just saw some fantastic pics of Brussels and I would love to go there and try Pierre Marcolini as well.
Hmm, I should make an effort to be good friends with the Belgian guys I met at the last party I attended. I just hope they are as choco loco as I am...
