Strut that Bump (Again)!

I find that there are more and more maternity wear shops in Hong Kong nowadays. Unfortunately, when I was pregnant the only maternity clothes I bought were jeans from H&M and Zara. I was in denial about looking pregnant so I just clothes that were big, period.

That's why when I see preggies looking really good, I am a bit envious. I could have dressed a bit better than I did and just enjoyed the moment. Oh well, maybe next time! Uh oh! I shouldn't say that, especially after my friend told me she dreamt I was pregnant. Knock on wood!

Where to shop for maternity clothes in Hong Kong:

1. Nine Months- There aren't any photos of their collection on their website but I am loving this brown jersey type dress that's on their homepage. I also thought that when pregnant, wearing a sash or belt was not possible. I like how they tied a sash under the belly to accentuate the bump.

2. Sono Vaso- They sell a few outfits that could be worn to work. The poncho would better when worn with a pair of jeans though. The coral dress looks good for summer with gold gladiator sandals.



3. Fragile Maternity- Their clothes that are comfortable and easy, which is not really my style. Perfect for lazy days or when the weather is just too humid.



4. Linea Negra- I am loving these two white tops with shorts. Okay, maybe this would look better in the first two trimesters as I can't imagine wearing shorts or a mini skirt when my belly is as big as a watermelon (or even bigger!).



See, getting pregnant doesn't mean you shouldn't look beautiful! Make the most out of this glow for the next nine months...
